Job Summary: The Valet Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of valet operations within their assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage a team of valet attendants, optimize operational processes, and cultivate client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize valet service coverage and efficiency within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential client partnerships to expand market presence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess territory performance and identify areas for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Proactively communicate with clients to address any concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancements.

Financial Management:
Monitor budgetary targets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operation of valet services within the territory.
Review financial reports and forecasts to assess revenue performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in valet parking operations or a similar role, with a track record of successful territory management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and valet management software (preferred).
